About me
I was born São Paulo, Brazil, where I graduated in Industrial Design and worked with interior and furniture design. During my studies I had the opportunity to learn and explore semi-industrial ceramics and completely fell in love with this wonderful material and all its possibilities, which led me to create a ceramic lampshade collection as my graduation project.
I then followed my passion for ceramics to London, where I was accredited with a BA(Hons) in Ceramic Design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.

I then went on to create and make for ceramic studios accross London and in 2018 I started as the Product Designer and Project Manager of a small barware company with their own ceramics studio.

Nearly 2 years later I decided to go back to what I love most: designing and making. That's when Ana Vasconcelos Ceramics was born. Currently part of a studio based in Stoke Newington, London, I am developing my first independent collection.
